These were taken round the fire on the beach. The shutter was still half shut on my camera, I think the sand had mucked it up. But the effect it had on the image is quite interesting. Acts almost as a mask, half covered facesThis is Ben.....

I like the effect. It's nifty, like only revealing a slice of the moment. Like you're hiding behind a door peeking out.
