hey i like the pose, hair, blood and stuff but you should have made him more wet (that sounded REALLY weird) i mean it's raining and there's like not a single droplet on him, also the hair is too stiff, it should be weak when its raining, u should think about those lil details, it makes art go ALIVE!

You have proportions mostly right, but there seems to be a large assortment of styles that make up the pic.
Perhaps you are relying too much on filters and pre-made textures to bring out your own style, good work though, must have taken some time to do!
