I will start by saying that I like the work. Your color depth is very good, the use of shadows on the model/s right and upper left works well to accentuate her face. The choice of coloration in the flowers and dress, are well chosen but I would have liked the flowers in the tiara to be a little darker or you could have placed the hydrangea there too.
I am glad you didn't make her lips too red ... it would have distracted from the overall feel of the work.
Overall, extremely well done. Congratulations on a nice piece of work.
