TO BE CLEAR, VERA AND NERGAL ARE DIVORCED.
It’s just he owns her soul, so he’s pretty controlling.
They may not officially be a couple yet (especially with Vera's scary situation) but they're so close it's HARD not to call them one!
As I mentioned before, Piper brings out the best in Vera, and keeps her in CHECK XD
Especially with her drinking problem haha
Vera is hot headed and immature at times while Piper is patient!
And very straightforward!
I won't reveal yet how they became intimate, but let's just say Piper wasn't afraid to flirt here and there!
Piper may be a maid at the palace, but she and Vera have grown close, further than their "business" relationship! She's like a second mother to Ingrid and Jodie as well!
If only Nergal was out of the picture...

This piece feels different... I noticed as soon as I saw it! I think a lot of it has to do with their eyes. I LOVE what you’ve been doing with them! The gradients and shapes look great!!
Also, the shape language of Piper’s square shaped face and hairstyle are PERFECT and subconsciously hint at her strong personality! I love details like that! Was that intentional when you designed her?
The thought that Piper brings out the best in Vera is so sweet! She’s a strong shoulder for Vera to lean on!
You’ve given us so much info about these two and their relationship that I can imagine them in different scenes and how they might interact with each other! I think that’s so cool and shows a lot about you as a character creator!

I'm experimenting with the eyes! I thought giving them shape would make it more 'toony' looking!
I got bored with the perfect t "oval' shape I always used!
I was happy to draw these girls again together!
I really want to show WHY they're great for each other!

I also love their personality opposite from each other. That gives a cute charm to them
I usually picky with rainbow colors cause they usually have a dark ugly color pallet but you made a nice soft and bright color effects that
looks appealing to look at.
