I just re-read the artist comment and i thought it didnt sound right.Okies. This is my first ever edit! I did this on paint.net what my friend Emiline told me about. The original picture was a screenshot of Hatoko from Angelic Layer. I you like her Emi!!
The character is Emiko (from Emiline's manga )as a child in some uniform xD
