Description
This is my 2nd VBA skin. It's more fun to play game with the skin turn on.You can download from here. Have fun!
Tips: After download, unzip it, drop everything into VisualBoyAdvance's folder, run VBA N load the skin.

Sorry for the late reply. 
Unzip everything and put into VBA's directory.
Run VBA
Under Options -> Video -> Render Method -> Select Skin
When the selection pop up window, inside VBA directory select "vba_ds.ini"
The skin should be loaded now. If not load the skin manually. It is right under "Select Skin" there.
