Description
This was painted in October of 2010It incorporates night/day, winter/summer, open space/cityscape, tropic/temperate. hence the title "contrast" lol
I really enjoyed painting this, between the ocean, the cityscape, pine trees and ice.
The idea from this came from a travel catalog, the tilt of the window and the ocean and city view. The rest of the idea just came from my mind, and colors I enjoy using that I wanted to incorporate.
I am most pleased with this because I didn't use a reference.
