Description
Iceheart was a fearsome fighter, and a cold blooded killer. Only Deraj and Gicandice ranked higher in the AMA than he did, and none dared challenge him. None that is except Nova. The ten meter tall Mobian tyrannosaur roared her frustration.
"Iceheart you miserable spoilsport. GG and I were playing!"
Iceheart regarded her coolly.
"Do not blame me Nova." He said. "Master Deraj wished to speak to Mistress Gicandice in private."
"Maybe so." Nova growled, slamming her tail on the ground. "But you could have waited until we were finished."
"Master Deraj is my master." Iceheart replied. "It is his orders I follow. Not yours. You are simply a plaything for Mistress Gicandice."
Nova slammed her tail on the ground again and glared at Iceheart.
"Do not presume to lecture me on my role Iceheart." She said. "I know fully well why Father created me, and I take pride in my job."
Iceheart sneered.
"Spoken like a true toy. The Mistress is an important figurehead for the AMA, and it's cause. She has no time for your frivolous games."
"GG is a child!" Nova yelled. "She deserves to be allowed to have fun like any other little girl!"
Iceheart waved a hand dismissively.
"One of these days." He said. "The Mistress will outgrow you and you will be tossed aside."
Nova roared. She had had enough of Iceheart's insolence. She swung her tail at him, trying to crush him. Iceheart responded by diving aside, icy blades forming on his arms as he prepared to leap at her.
ENOUGH!!!
The two combatants froze as Deraj's mental command echoed through their minds.
YOUR QUARRELING IS BECOMING TIRESOME. TOMORROW IS AN IMPORTANT DAY FOR THE AMA, AND I DO NOT NEED THE TWO OF YOU TEARING EACH OTHER APART. PERHAPS SPENDING THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY AND NIGHT FROZEN IN PLACE WILL GIVE YOU BOTH TIME TO COOL YOUR TEMPERS.
Nova and Iceheart suddenly found themselves unable to move, their muscles having been frozen by Deraj's psychic will.

Gicandice came skipping along. Her father had had a good long talk to her about the fun she would have tomorrow. As she skipped, she saw her dear friends Nova and Iceheart standing strangely. They were not moving.
"Hello." She said. "What are you doing?"
They didn't reply. She picked up Iceheart and looked at him. He seemed stiff all over. Putting him back down, Gicandice clapped her hands and smiled.
"I get it! You're playing statues! Can I play?"
Gicandice sat on the ground and closed her eyes tightly.
"This is fun." She said.
Inwardly, Nova and Iceheart groaned. It was going to be a long night...

Nova is a concept I came up with (With 's help). She was created by Deraj to be a friend for his daughter Gicandice. She takes her role seriously, and has developed a rivalry with Iceheart over who is closer and more loyal to Gicandice.
