In the meantime, Mudsy dashed after the Death-Masked reveler, hoping to find where he was taking Brooke; to the ghost’s dismay, the Death-Masked reveler arrived at the nearby train station, and wasted no time carrying the captive Brooke onto a departing train. "Brooke…!" Mudsy gasped, almost panicking, until he noticed a brown horse, nearby, and a thoughtful smirk spread onto his face. "Hmm," he mused, approaching the idle equine. "Time to make like those western movies." Even though the horse had no saddle or bridle, Mudsy mounted it, easily, and muttered, "Let's see if I remember how to do this. "Giddy-up!" he shouted, as the horse reared up, and whinnied. "Hyah!" Faster than a speeding specter, Mudsy galloped off, after the train, with Boo desperately clinging onto his hat.
The teens heard the commotion, and peeked out, along with a few of the freed bakers; "What's that ghost doing, on that horse?" one baker asked, stunned.
"He's going after the reveler!" April gasped.
"Yeah," Augie added, equally stunned at Mudsy's hasty decision. "Off to save his new girlfriend."
"Follow that horse!" Skip ordered, as he, April, Augie, and Elmo filed into the Looney Duney.
Meanwhile, as he galloped after the train, Mudsy shouted, "Follow that train!" As he continued the chase, with his coattails flying behind him, he vividly remembered his life as a minuteman, but snapped out of it, to focus on rescuing Brooke; finally, he caught up to the train, but, forgetting that he could easily float onto it, gulped, "Oh, this is a toughie, a challenge, even…!" While the horse kept galloping, at speed, Mudsy carefully stood on its back, trying to keep his balance. "Wish me luck!" he nearly whimpered, preparing to jump, and the horse snorted, in response. Mudsy finally leaped onto the train, but he almost lost his footing, and gasped, "Oh…! "I hope this works…!" he gulped, again, tightening his grip.

After listening to this amazing piece of music: www.youtube.com/watch?v=9mQY0Y… , I was inspired to draw this scene out, and write out what will go into my upcoming story. Here, Mudsy makes a hasty decision to pursue the kidnapper, on horseback, and rescue my character, Brooke Masterson; as you can see, Boo is surprised by his master's decision, and tries not to get left behind...! I think I either made the horse too small, or Mudsy too big, and I don't think I want to draw a horse in a galloping action, again. On the other hand, I'm proud of how Mudsy's outfit turned out, with his coattails flying, behind him, and his scarf waving. The story I'm working on may take a while more to finish, but it'll be worth it.
