Oh it is long time existing issue on dA. If you send someone points via donate or gift and then if they in less than two weeks send you them back via commission widget it is called cash out and you can get banned for it. And it does not matter that amounts are different. I already got it temporarly banned like two years ago for three months (and staff was not listening to my explanations), now I can get it permanently banned.
So I can accept commission and make it before you pay and will just tell you when you can pay xD
