Story of my life really, I think of a punchline long after the feed line has been given, everyone's packed up, gone home and forgotten what the question was in the first place, and so it is here with this - still, got it out of my system now so uh...carry on?
Created in Photoshop - pen and type tools with flat colours and some texture and Colour adjustments.
