First off, this is awesome and I'm not even a HALO fan. Second ICWS stands for Individual Combat Weapon System and ODST stand for Orbital Drop Shock Troop, no not an HALO fan at all.

Cool. I think Bungie used cutout on one of their posters; it came with Halo 3.

Started sketching with Corel Painter, using a photo as a reference, and then I went over the lines with Manga Studio Debut 4. Finally, I used Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 to use the Posterization and Cutout effects.
