I was initially thinking of doing a 'the world is my oyster' piece, but I ended up with this instead, after continually listening to the song 'Mother Earth', by Within Temptation.
The concept behind this one is simple - the earth is beautiful in its own right, but it's being chained down by what we're doing to it, polluting the earth, and time is running out for Gaia. And that we hold the key to the beautiful world. -nods-

Just one thing - I didn't use Drop Shadow at all, actually. I manually brushed on the shadow with a brush and all that. And.. well. I'm not sure what you meant by superpose? The purpose of the shadows used were simply so that the image didn't look flat, and had a little depth to it.
Hm, a few of the people in my comments understood the concept I was trying to convey, so.. yeah. Perhaps this is a little bit of a person to person thing. xD Not too sure, but I do have the concept I'm trying to convey in my comments, so if you have any comments that can bring the point across more clearly, I'll be glad to listen! (:

well the problem with the concept is basically that there are so many elements see I was reading the comments and now is that I come to fall that it is an island, cause it is an island right? well! with superpose I mean that your images look like just placed one over the other, it does add a little bit of depth but not enough cause the shadows look flat just like drawn under the image on top, I don't know if you get me....

I get what you mean, I think.
The amount of elements in the island, as it is, is to sort of show the different elements of the earth. The fauna, the flora, and the animals and such. I tried to show different aspects, which is why there's a lot of it.
And, yeah, this piece is more of a.. collage, than an actual life like manipulation, if you'll call it, which is why it looks kind of layered over each other (which was my intention, just to layer them over it other), and not like a scene. I have absolutely no idea if you get me either. xD
