Description
Tom knelt down to comfort her, “Hey, we can get her out. I think your being a bit over-emotional here Abbe.”Abbe looked at him furiously “You don’t know Lizzie! She’s just fallen into a pitch black chamber, and this thing is so big, I bet all sound from the outside will be blocked. That kind of isolation freaks both of us out, Tom, we may get her out but, if we don’t soon…an… and now I'm responsible for it..” Her voice quivered back to crying.
Shaking his head Tom stood back up, trying to think, It was obvious Abbe’s guilt was far to great to come up with a plan. Right now it seemed only he stood a chance of thinking up a quick solution to the problem. Suddenly, in good old toony fashion a lit light bulb appeared above his head.
“I have an idea Abbe, wipe away those tears, we can break her out before the isolation starts to affect her!” The blue wolfs ears pricked up, “but how?”
“You’ll see, it involves that prize of yours.” Tom said, pointing to the pink elephant vacuum she had ‘won.’
Desperation flushed over her, “Don’t bother explaining just do it, we don’t have enough time!” Taking the vacuum Tom directed her to lay down on her back near the machine, once she was settled he then asked her to open her mouth.
She frowned, and began to ponder his actions ’What is he thinking… nows not the time for this.. no, I know Tom, he’s got a idea I should just role with it…’ She sighed, and did as he asked. As she’d expected the vacuum’s nozzle was placed inside, with a flick Tom turned the switch to ‘reverse mode.’
Abbe closed her eyes feeling the air travel from the pink elephant vacuum and into her lungs, she breathed deeply, then some more. soon she found she did not need to breath any more as it was doing it for her. she could feel her belly beginning to push outwardly. Then It kept going, her furry underbelly rising, tightening, becoming rounder. She feelt it with her paw ‘Bouncy… a trampoline maybe?… No that wouldn't work.’ it began to develop around her hips, it was not too long before her whole body inflated into a ball shape, her paws and feet tightly surrounded by her stretched out mass.
Tom clambered while he could onto her belly, the air shifted around, Abbe could feel every push and struggle as Tom barely made it to the top in time. She kept on expanding, rising higher and higher. Tom stayed low, paws gripping tightly so as to not fall off, before he knew it she had reached the size of a house. The orange wolf smirked, then carefully descended down her front, gripping her body tightly to not fall he reached the mid way point where her head was. After yanking out the vacuum he took out a cork from no where in particular and quickly sealed her mouth shut.
Carefully, Tom climbed his way back to the top of her belly, then stood up right. He found that her expansion had been so grand that he had plenty of surface to walk upon. He merely trotted over to the machine, he was now at the perfect height to attack the bottom of the glass with his mallet. “Just as I planned!” the proud wolf said, he bent his legs to ground himself ready for the swing. Then he held his breath, concentrating all his thoughts to one single objective, break the glass. As he reached a certain level of focus time halted, silencing the crowd around him.
Sweat trickled down his neck, his eyes closed… Then he released, his speed rivalling that of a bullet, the mallet hit the glass with a terrifyingly loud thump… “Not… even, not even a scratch…” Tom gasped breathless.
He inspected the glass, it was perhaps a a meter and a half in thickness. He sighed and looked back down at Abbe who had no clue what was going on, Tom’s hopes were beginning to sway, till a noise distracted him. “Was that a explosion!?” an old voice said down below, “No darlin i’m sure its just the wind” another replied.
Out from no where, Brian landed right on top of Abbe’s stomach covered head to toe in black soot, bouncing up and down his impact caused many ripples till he finally stopped. Abbe unable to see what was going on gave a panicked grunt, “Where did you come from!?” Tom asked baffled.
Getting himself back up Brian just about managed to speak “Rocket-ship…. tail tied… explosion!” the panther stammered, taking big deep lungful’s of air, his eyes were still wide with panic over whatever had actually happened.
Tom waited for him to get himself back together, just as another idea slung it self into his head. with a cunning smirk he asked “Hey Brian… um, can you help me fix this glass?”
“No are you ok then…” Brian grumbled under his breath, then he remembered he was a toon, although pain was possible given the situation, it would always heal instantly… the question would of been rather stupid.
He trotted over to the glass wall and inspected it “It doesn't look damaged to me..” he said with honesty, he lightly tapped the glass with a paw. At that exact moment, a fragment from the rocket he had just ‘ridden’ on, was caught in a insanely strong gust of wind, it swung it diagonally towards earth like a speeding meteorite.
With an all mighty crash it struck the glass, missing Tom and Brian by inches. To begin with it, although embedded inside nothing else seemed to happen. Then… ‘crack’ a tiny split appeared, the crowed watched in aura as it grew larger. ‘Smash!’ the whole thing crumpled like dust, every bit of glass falling down in the thousands along side the basketball sized prize balls. Luckily it was safety glass, and broke off only in cubes. The size of them squashed a few down bellow. “Opes…” Brian said “Nope, actually I kind of expected it that, thanks for helping Brian you may have just saved the day.” Tom said happily.
“I saved the day?” - Tom cut in “They will be fine, listen, Abbe’s stuck down this machine somewhere and we need to get her out pronto,” The panther nodded without question.
Bouncing up and down on Abbe’s belly Tom was able to gain the hight needed to climb up, then pulled Brian up with him. “I just had a thought.” Brian said as they made their way towards where the prize balls fell down.
“Whats that?” Tom asked curiously, he looked at the giant mechanism designed to move when it was given ‘money.’
“Well.. this thing was glass right, but what about the top part was that not made of metal?” Brian said beginning to get worried, “Yes, but if you look theirs a strip of metal thats keeping it up from the back… oh… um Brian, I think its beginning to bend.”
Realising they were running out of time Tom tried to think fast. first he tried pulling it open but it wouldn’t even budge. “We are so close… come on!.. Brian don’t just stand there help me!… Brian?” Tom looked back up to see that he was no where to be found.
He kicked at it in rage “Did you just bail on me! Damn it your nothing but a coward!” he screamed loudly, on saying that, the mechanism he had been trying to opened suddenly opened.
Before it closed, he swung himself towards it, sliding on his stomach to be small enough to get through. the mechanism closed with a metallic thunk, followed by a much more threatening crash as the metal lid above fell down onto where Tom had been just moments ago, sealing what little light he had into pitch darkness.
He wasn't quite sure what was what, but he stopped himself from sliding any further with a stretched out paw. “Now what…” he mumbled, being the renowned fast thinker he was, being stumped was nothing short of humiliation for him. A click sound pricked his ears up, then several lights flicked on. To the side of him was some kind of balcony with a tube shaped metal rail. “Dear… theirs a stranger on our balcony…” an odd looking creature said in a high pitched voice, Tom wasn't quite sure if it was male or female, but it had a uncanny resemblance to the humans he had seen in his travels in the U-T-S. However the creature had a strong purple tint to it, covered in a green night gown.
“Um… I come in, peace?” Tom said, giving his best friendly smile. “Its trying to bite me!” it screamed, pulling out a ridiculously large sized gun from under its gown. Tom took his Que. well, and just as it tried to pull the trigger, her loosened his grip, allowing himself to slide down further into the machine…

Er... well... quite thrilling. Suppose I've got to wait a bit longer for the proper conclusion.
