edit I finished this thing yesterday while i was about to sleep , so i was hella tiredso i didnt notice the long legs pff , fixed it now huzzah

Her hair is like water so it just floats in the air , like hair onderwater but shaped as water and it changes shape and stuff, i may animate someday

I can't draw legs..... You should draw them more often... their BEAUTIFUL....Nadi is really tall and pretty... she should be a model

Looji how do you do the water like effect hair?

I make the area i want water-like blue , and put a water pattern on it (basicly its all just cirkles/ovals next to eachother and every gap colored in)
then on top of that layer i put a multiply layer on air brush the down side light blue
and then on top of that a luminosity layer (i put it on like 8%) and air brush it aqua bright blue
i hoped i could help a little bit and the explanation makes sense , im not that good at explaning haha
