This is taken from the magazine that our school made. The magazine contain a lot of works from the students like art and stories. One of them is 'How to be Emo'. This anonymous person talks about being emo by always being lonely, crying all the time, listening to hard music and other crazy stuff. The craziest stuff is this person talking about cutting wrists!!! of course parents who read this magazine was like 'whoa! the school shouldn't put this on here!' So, that's why some text is highlited black so nobody could see it.I think it's really stupid how people hurt themselves by cutting... but then again.. how could a school let this article be in the magazine?! i mean... it's like tips for suicide! very stoopid -_-

Cutting doesnt mean you want to commite suicide, it just means you have that certine way to take out your anger. Like some people hit things when there mad or sad, then people who cut have that way to take out their emotions. so its not suicide but why would that put that in a SCHOOL mag??? thats like not good O.o

Lol, that's the complaint we got, so we spent an hour censoring each lit mag.... We got pizza though. ^^ But its supposed to be a humor piece... I didn't take it seriously...

i didn't either. but since the parents complained and stuff i thought that was really serious. i guess people have different P.O.V. (esp. the parents) ahahahaaaa... darn you parents making the litmag team censoring each freaking lit mag!

Yeah, it was annoying. We had to hand censor each issue...... Ugh..... But you can still read it if you put it up to the light.
