The dresses are actually watercolor paintings that I cut in those weird shapes and then glued them on the drawing. :]

This is SO gorgeous!! May I ask how you plan out the movements and placements of each strand of hair? When I try to do things like this, it always comes out messy, even if I'm extra careful with it

First I draw the basic shape of the hair, and then I go into details.
