Lovely work as always. The only thing that I see that bugs me a little is where the underbelly scales meet the front-most back leg. It looks like the underbelly scales go over it and mucks up my perspective on the leg. Maybe it's a decorative feature that I just can't see properly because of the overlapping wing, maybe I'm crazy, but there is that.
Otherwise, same comments as everyone else. That cutie mark is wonderful and the simple color palette is great. : )

If you wanted your creature to be more realistic, you could add light and shadowing. You did a good job of that with the left hand drawing. I think texture would also help here

A character's reference sheet is meant to be simple and flat-coloured. So this drawing isn't the best place to attempt a critique, sorry. :/

You generally don't shade on character's reference sheet. It makes it harder to pick the colors when other people are drawing them.
