That's great digital inking...I so cannot do that LOL. XD It's great that you're learning photoshop, all I know how to use is the paintbrush mostly.

It's not really too hard, it looks like he uses the floodfill method, but it looks really good. IF you want to learn how to color with photoshop, just go to google and type in "Photoshop Tutorials" and you'll get a buch of nice stuff.
Anyways, about the the art...No too shabby at all..
