Description So I decided I had learned what I needed to start working on finalized peices. Up until now I had been working in a sketchbook for my gouache submissions, this one is done on archival artist board and as you can tell I put a bit more thought into it then a practice study. Hope you all like it

Is gouache easy to use...more like watercolors or acrylic? Going to start working with it this summer in a class and was curious as to what I might expect from it....

Love the peice It may be a bug but it's so pretty! Keep up with looking for the illustration jobs...with what I've seen you got a good shot. Planning on doing the same thing myself, actually. Just don't mind a couple of peices in my gallery....kind of annoyed that I posted them, just wanted to get them over with so i don't have to look at them. Mostly fun work, there are a few though that are truly serious like my first couple of pieces in my gallery. You probably don't even care about anything I'm typin; I just wanted to give a heads up if you think about looking.

its kind of like an opaque watercolor that drys like acrylics. Definately a great media,

Very nice use of color study! It's like a mantis, spider and Centipede all in one!! 'fraid I don't have much to say about this one! Details again. but that, I think, might take away from the focus of the piece. Thumbs up!
