I guess it would have to be the time I spent twelve hours in a somewhat severe hogtie. But I was laying down the whole time. I once spent eight hours standing in a tight spread eagle in a guys basement, wearing only 4" high heels a blindfold and a gag. The room temp. was a steady 68 degrees.

Yes. I believe the longest I have been kept in a strappado is three and a half to four hours. But then I was always vigorously used by my captor/captors when put in this position. Most typically I was nude, in high heels with a spreader bar between my ankles. I'm sure you could guess what else was done
Have never been suspended off the ground in a strappado though.
