Amazing shot. I like the grainyness, it gives the whole picture a very abstract feeling. When looking at it one can almost feel the pain that is shown here....two words came to my mind when looking at this: protection, and, at the same time, rejection. Definitely a

I like this shot very much;
I think itΒ΄s because of the different angle you used, and the nice contrast between the black clothes and the body; althought the grain and B/W tones are great; I like those fingers tightening the body...
