Battleflies. They're very pretty with their silver or golden finish and beautiful jewels on their wings. Very pretty but very deadly. It's all metal and the wings are razor sharp. So then you'll get like swarms of them slicing you up.
They can also shoot lazers from that little proboscus and in their underbelly is a little grappling-hook-thing type of thing that can let out an electrical charge down the cord.
And the thing it's coming out of is like an anti-space item that can carry dozens of them at a time.

...and I KNOW the first thing you guys are gunna say is "It reminds me of Pokemon.".
