Reasoning: Eevee's main body with Carbink's colouring. the ears come from carbink and so do the gems on it's body (light blue). Neck floof is from eevee and from carbink but styled as carbink with the length of eevee's. The eyes are from carbink too. The tail is styles as eevee's but combined with cyndaquil's no tail it has become smaller. the feet are from cyndaquil too but the back feet are like carbink's gems instead of cyndaquil's usual hooves/nails. The gems can light on fire for small amounts (no high flames, just tiny ones)
