Torch - “I was in the darkness so darkness I became.”

Torch is often rumored to be mute but isn’t. She just hates talking, partly due to people using her words against her, so she only says what really is necessary. She doesn’t do small talk and often won’t elaborate on things either unless specifically asked. She also is really distrusting towards pretty much anything and anyone. It is very hard to truly become her friend and even then she will still regard you with suspicion. She stays away from crowded places like and knows how to get around avoiding the busy streets. This also means she often sneaks around in dark allies. Torch also usually sticks to dark places, when ask why she’ll usually tell you something along the lines of “it feels safe”. Some rumor that she is quite the prankster as well. But since no one has actually caught her red handed nobody can be sure.

Torch is also known for having a very rare magic ability. Usually, only adults are able to do magic and they also have to learn it. Torch, however, was born with a small amount of shadow magic. She is able to manipulate the shadows around her. This surprised and scared all adults around her. Not just had this child somehow just gotten magic abilities, she had also gotten shadow magic. Shadow was known as one of the rarest, difficult and dangerous types of magic. Many adults tried to make sure their children didn’t get near Torch “in case she looses control” because of that, Torch never had many friends. As she got older and her magic got stronger some people even said that Torch had to be “disposed of” although nobody has actually acted on those words yet.

Sparks - “you and I are gonna shine”

Sparks is a very easily excitable kid. He loves pretty much anyone and anything. He is always very friendly and tries his best to be polite. Sparks loves to play, with friends or even alone. Sparks is, however, very cowardly. He jumps at loud noises and will try his very best to back away from any form of confrontation. This little guy’s spark can quite easily be put out be either insults or bullies. Sparks also has an obsession with anything magic related. He hopes to learn many kinds of magic one day, starting with light magic. The lava lamps on bis cheeks grow brighter when he gets excited and his stomach’s lamps will do the same when he gets hungry.
