Aww, whatever it is that happened, I'm sorry that it happened to you. Well, as they say, "Time heals all wounds."
On the subject of the drawing, the curled-up tail and grayscale really help bring out the "hurt feelings" mood of this drawing, and the curled-into-a-ball position really hits home.
By the way, I really like your vent drawings; you're really good with drawing out your feelings.

A wise person once said to me (And I'm dead serious, no matter how dramatic this sounds), "A friend will give trouble and leave before you can make up, but a true friend is with you always, no matter the cost."
