Description
Madara cosplay I made for Sakura-con 2011. I ran out of time so I didn't make the shoes and war fan, but will for the next time I use it. I will also need to add a cooling element since as you can see I needed to remove the cloth around my neck and so on. Was hot as hell in that helmet...Taken at Sakura-con in Seattle.

I hulled out and formed the foam you'd find inside a kid's bicycle helmet using plastic, hot glue and good deal of Bondo. Then I sanded the Bondo, primed everything, masked the rings/Tomoe and painted. I just sewed the clothes like you normally world. First time sewing so I wasted a lot of time and material.
