how you can submit animated with out preview or animated preview?

anyway i could get a link to the fames i would like to use the animated version for something but im afraid if i save it an d work on it in paint it wont re-animate when i upload it

Or just do what I do and right click on the image and save it, then upload it onto whatever program you have. xDDD
(It won't work on MS Paint though. You'd have to save the images individually if you want to use MS Paint.)

Click the "Download"-button on the right side of this side and you get a ZIP-File. If you extract it with 7-Zip or WINRAR, you'll get the frames for using this base.

Okay, noob question....How do i use this? e.e I don't have the right program for it and i would like to know which program i can use.

You can use Photoshop.
Simply right click the image and save it, then upload it to Photoshop - or Gimp, Paint Tool Sai, or even onto pixlr.com (which is a free online program without any registration requited) - and then work on the base. Once done, go to "Window" - if you're using Photoshop, I don't know about the other programs - then click on Animation(Frames) and then click the arrow on the right side of it and click that, then click "Flatten Frames into Layers" and tada~
To change the speed, click the numbers under the picture.
