I've always wanted to improve my designs, so after scrolling Pinterest for a while, I found a great image to take inspo from! And this is the end result and I love his design sm!

About: Cobalt is a leaf/sea hybrid who was born in a coastal SeaWing village (his father is a LeafWing, mother a SeaWing). Since he couldn't ever visit the deep sea palace, he stayed on the surface and only swam around the coast. He can hold his breath for a while, but he can't breathe it since he has no gills. While he has SeaWing glow scales, he can't speak Aquatic well with them since their placement is off.
Cobalt loves to train himself to become stronger and hopes to join the army someday. His parents were caught in the crossfire of a battle between the SeaWing's and SkyWing's, and both were killed when he was dragonet. Cobalt has never talked about it with anyone, but he holds bitterness towards SkyWings secretly. He refuses to let himself be weak because he hopes one day to find the SkyWing responsible for his parents' death. He carries his father's dagger with him at all times as a reminder.
Cobalt remembered as a dragonet how much his mother loved carnations so he loves finding and wearing them to honor her. Cobalt's bandages are from training wounds and for some light armor. His black hood is mainly for looks (he thinks it looks cool and mysterious). Since it's hard for him to put on with his frills he often just wears it around his neck.
