I like the combination of painting and colored pencils (in Painter) you used here. They make a very nice coloring style!

I think I have that program though I have never used it the only thing I ever do is oekaki for CG lol anyways this is a pretty nice image alot of movement going on I have yet to play that game though I use to play the original mario kart on my SNES lol
