You knocked on the door to the Brit's home, confidence bubbling up all over your being. He opened the door, staring at you for a moment.

"Lemme in," you say, practically pushing your way in.

"Wha-"

"Arthur, I have something I need to tell you,"

"Oh, well, alright then, go ahead," wow is he confused or what.

"Arthur,"

"Yes, love?"

"I love you," you state bluntly, causing him to pause. Damn girl, way to be straight-forward.

"Oh, well, I-" he spluttered, trying to regain his train of thought. You stay relatively silent, waiting as patiently as possible for his response.

"I...I love you, too," he says after a good two minutes of mindless spluttering.

"Good," you murmur, grabbing his hand and pulling him over to the living room, where the two of you sit over on the couch and cuddle the rest of the day.
