I have been a fan of power rangers on and off from the beginning and have even watched subbed versions of some of the sentai so naturally I wanted to do this MEME. I not only considered literal 6th rangers but any rangers that were not part of the initial team within the first few episodes as well as allies with debatable ranger status. All images were taken from www.rangercentral.com/ and edited by me.

10. Orion: the super megaforce silver ranger. As a character I really don’t like Orion but he just makes this list because powers wise he can not only be any 6th ranger but also merge them.

9. Ryan: the light speed rescue titanium ranger. I don’t like this character much either (thou far more then Orion) but he deserves a shout out because he has no Sentai counterpart.

8. The jungle furry spirit rangers. Kind of a cheat seeing as there are 3 of them but they come as a set. Like Ryan they have no Sentai counterpart but unlike him I like these guys.

7. Eric: the time force Quantum ranger. Basically a second red ranger, so much so he was included in
forever red and got his own Battlizer (a cooler one then the red ranger got).

6. Cam: the green samurai ranger from power rangers ninja storm. Son of the wind ninja sensei and the tech support for the team, he traveled back in time to get his powers from his mom. Not only did he make a lot of the ranger’s gear but he even made copies of his zord so it could combine with the wind and thunder megazords at the same time while he piloted one on its own. And he mad a hologram of himself to do tech support while he was rangering.

5. Trent: the white dino thunder ranger. Not only is he cool as a ranger, being the son of the main bad guy and an evil ranger turned good but he is also a cool guy in his civilian life and a skilled artist.

4. RJ: the violet wolf jungle furry ranger. Not the first mentor turned ranger, RJ basically turned into a werewolf and used his morpher to control that power.

3. Doggie: the S.P.D. shadow ranger. Another mentor turned ranger, Doggie is the only ranger to date who never looked human (not counting the one off cat ranger from the same season).

2. Merrick: the lunar wolf wild force ranger. He could have made this list on his own but he ranks so high more for his alter ego Zen Aku. That and I still want that jacket he had.

1. Tommy: the mighty morphin green ranger. As if there was ever any doubt, the original is still the best. I debated putting his white ranger on this list but decided he could only be on it once.
