Description
The grandson of the scientist who made the belt that allowed eon peeks to pass thru solid objects in the episode “sneak peek” got his grandfathers old computer (still a few generations ahead of what was available to the general public) for Christmas and found his old files. They fascinated him and for the next few years almost every second not spent improving his hacking skills was spent studying and further researching his grandfathers project. He found that he could get around the problem of falling apart by expanding the belt into a full body suit.

Around this time he also stumbled on a back doer into the bat computer while he was trying to steel the latest gaming software from Wayne powers. He downloaded files including schematics for the bat suit and personal data about Bruce and terry. He took some liberties with the design and added his phasing tech but he would need plenty of creads to build his suite so he used the second prototype he found in an old storage unit and stole fro m the richest people in town, it was easy seeing as they usually didn’t know he ad been there until they happened to open there safe again.

Once the suite was complete he started fighting crime under a name he had seen in the bat computer that he thought fit, he called himself the gray ghost. He continued to rob from the rich but was now giving most of what he stole to charity. He and batman soon meat became good friends thou neither revealed there true identity to the other. When terry found out about the robin hood act he demanded it stop but the ghost simply said “you try to stop me and I tell everyone who you are terry.” terry left him alone seeing as he wasn’t really hurting anyone and they still had accessional team ups but there friendship was never the same.
