Another view of the launch at about T-6 seconds, again from the Banana river causeway.

This exposure was 1/200 second at f6.3, ISO 400 using a Canon EF 600mm f4.0L USM lens (the 1.6 mag factor of the 30D makes that 960mm).

The original is a landscape format with the orbiter centered, but I like this 8x10 crop with the reflection of the lights in the Banana river.

This was really underexposed, because I wouldn't have had time to stop down before the SRB's lit.

The cool thing about this photo is that you can see the main engine plumes both above and below the mobile launch platform.
