Here's a Windows 8.0 7TSP pack, I decided to make this because of the lack of 7TSP packs that change the icons to make your PC look more like it has an older Windows version installed.
It was made for Windows 10 versions from 1507 to 1809, I have no idea if it will work for anything past 1809 as the DLLs no longer contain icons and were moved to a folder as DLL.MUIs files. I think it should still work on stuff like Windows 8.X, or even 7, but use it at your own risk if you decide to use it on those versions!
