Actually this is just my OC from DCD fanartUsing DCD Color Concept, in DCD suppose to be there 4 rider
DCD color is Magenta
Diend color isCyan
there's 2 missing rider, Yellow and Black
so i made original KR using DCD world concept, form and color
Yellow KR is female
her name is Desire
i decided using dcd final form because, when i saw dcd final form armor, it's similar with girl cloth
it's like dcd use ranka lee cloth
so for 3rd rider in decade i decided to use ranka lee cloth for her cloth armor

well since dcd and represent one color i presume black and yellow must be one rider. and kuuga is not officially from dcd. it's from kuuga series. IMO
she ish holder of bad status. time stoper, gravity 10x, etc

it did really looks like ultraman because usualy rider are more on armor concept, this one looks more like equip with cloth more than that.
mouth part also resemble more to power ranger than kamen rider.
