[TWWM] - Once Before, Once SaidAn esk is a beautiful creature. They have the longest flowing tails, the most appealing features, but perhaps the most distinctive thing of all is the form of nature connected to them. Each esk is special and unique, with its own abilities and looks. Esks seem to be connected with nature on a more spiritual level. They are connected with that they hold dear.
Their pitch black eyes hold more secrets than what lies on the surface.
Raging, but also docile.
Majestic, but also dark
Elegant, but also sleazy.
You'll never truly understand their way of living, you'll see them in the forest. Then you won't.
They can slip right under your nose, and that is what they want.
Esks are considered the royals of nature, but one has to rule overall...

TWWM Poems II[#432]
Of my past life I remember heat
It came over me as if waves from the shore
Then the chilling of an unseen force
Of my new life I wonder
Following the teachings of the Great Aevre
But a time came when a friend needed my aide
In transforming her, as my life had been spared
We travelled together to find her drive her need
But with the need being found and our small purpose
Seeming fulfilled there came a raise for something more
A drive in myself to find what truly needed to be done
I travelled the world, seeing the human creatures
And in their forms I found my new desire,
My new purpose if you will
I have come to find my new home
A shrine dwelling within Mount Fuji far from my Tundra home
It is a place of peace and wonderful for me
But even with this new place, my new home
I still feel the need to travel but when the world
In all its splendor comes crashing down upon my shoulders
I return once more to my peaceful shrine
And to the company of the people that live close by
