EDIT: If you haven't guessed, this is indeed the April Fools Ending to the comic :3 I'll submit the other one in a moment! Hope you all liked it, it's not as disappointing as the real ending!<====>
THATS RIGHT! At the last second, the first kid goes for the ol GRAB AND STUFF! And manages to forcefeed her the entire apple!
Dang, good thing she stopped when she did, as she rapidly flooded the school with asset and destruction.
Needless to say, the scandal was massive. Exposure, misconduct, and property damage forced her from her position and left her destitute in any respectable job.
So she began a life at a helium strip club, dancing on the ceiling for anybody who would throw a buck at her.
IS THIS WHAT YOU WANTED.

Lets be fare. Suki would be on grounds for being expelled by page 3.
BUT! Since student interference was to blame, she would have have room for a case. She could probably even sue the state and have enough money for all the helium tanks she could ever need. Not to mention her student body may write a petition to have her rehired. Like Leigh Anne Arthur... but, with blimpification without consent.

Visually? It was. YES. It didn't suit the story but by gosh if half of us weren't wishing for some fated event that lead to Suki swallowing that whole apple in one go then I would be surprised. 
Though I'm also curious how Suki would look in her new alternate career as a helium strip club dancer... Still, glad the real Suki kept her job and didn't end up broke
