Description
This is my first submission with my new camera, went for the old Pentax K-1000, was pretty pleased with this pic.Ignore the streaks accross it on full view, think my scanner needs a good clean

as sad as it is to tell you this, there was absolutely no photoshopping here at all, just a straight up scan, hard to believe i know, my camera must be very forgiving!

Luke is a strange Grumpy old man with rage issues. Ok granted it is a nice photo of him, but cute? nah....

Now this i like
I love the blueness of his eyes in contrast to the warmer colours of the rest of the image. It really makes the stand out and grab at your attention.
The expression you captured really draws the viewer in. It isn't an emotional expression you can clearly define, though it seems peaceful and is good on the eyes to look at.
The softness of the image also makes the image quite attractive. The colours are quite sharp, but the softness of them at the same time adds to the peaceful and somewhat happy atmosphere of the photo.
The focus and clearity of this piece is perfect to 
Oh, and the streaks you mentioned don't show up on my monitor... just thought i'de mention it
