Very charming style. Quick question: Do you do the greyscale first, then add the colours? This is something I've seen quite a bit and it's always confused me since it's the exact opposite of how I work. Flats. Then shading.

i honestly don't know how that works either haha, i did it in colour and had
a hue/saturation adjustment layer so i could check the values of the colour
i thought the b/w version looked good as well so i posted both
