Here we finally have the arch nemesis of Virtua, Destruct-O-Man, the Lord of Destruction!

I've made a lot of different design of Destruct-O-Man since my days on KoopaLink799 before that one came around. His final design here is based on Dr. Eggman from Sonic the Hedgehog, the Master from Manos: The Hands of Fate, and more importantly, former Sega of America CEO Bernie Stolar.
