Very it's from a company called top to bottom leathers UK (former horse show tack maker's) they do all order's to custom sizing to fit well and this one had added locking buckles and that hole so it can be worn long term (captive_kink has done a few 24 hour wear challenges with it) by allowing drinking and shake's through straw.
