For a while before Injustice: Gods Among Us came out I joked that they should be in charge of the next Smash Bros. This led to thinking about who would be in the game. At first I was thinking Heroes and Villains sides of the roster like it was obvious Injustice was doing like saying have Mario on one side and Bowser straight across from him. However I eventually thought, what the heck lets line it up exactly with the cast of Injustice. And here is the final rosterRelated content

I guess Meta Knight, Captain Falcon, Falco and Lucario are the DLC characters, right?

If I had Photoshop still I would update this with the DLC being
Wario as Lobo (which is sortof already there)
Shiek as Batgirl (also there but both are in the wrong place)
Vaati as Scorpion (I'm still open to suggestions on that one but thats the best I've come up with)
Shadow the hedgehog as Zod
Either Kamek or Pandora as Zatanna (again open to suggestions)
and Ditto as Martian Manhunter (he would transform into different pokemon for attacks and such)

I'm convinced. I like both Smash and Injustice, but what will the story for the Smash version of Injustice will be?

Well I actually figured out a bit of a backstory for each character to place them more into the situation of the DC character I lined them up with. It centers on Mario more or less forming a League to work together to combat evil. Luigi then is driven insane by his adventures in haunted houses, and becomes one of the villains the League is fighting. On one world he tricks Mario into killing Peach and destroying the Mushroom Kingdom (much like Joker did to Superman in Injustice), causing Mario to create the regime and Boshi to oppose him with the Insurgency. Boshi then calls for the heroes of the prime world to help him stop his Mario, it would essentially be the exact same as Injustice, just with different characters, and a bit different explanations of things

It'd be pretty quiet since 90% of the Nintendo universe either don't speak or just make noises.
