CHEAT CODE:
For the "bow" part, I drew the eyes lower on the face, and moved the entire head down a bit like she bent over or something. TAADAA~ And for the animation part itself, I just drew the two images separately and used an online gif maker to animate it for me (too lazy to open CS3 to do it).

that can cut part of the picture and move it to
another spot? i'm still not all that good with
photoshop yet. but thank you so much for the
tip. i appreciated it. when i'm not lazy, i'll

There's the lasso tool? Or you can do everything on separate layers (like the head from the rest of the body)? I tend to do my picture over several layers so that its easy to edit things. I make a lot of mistakes. lllorz I hope that helped a little?
