Mageofcreation is right, he isn't making any profit out of Toby X Seth and his ship is actually really good and has a very good reasoning and besides it's not like he made Toby out of character like some Oc X Canon in this Fandom.

Actually Kastoway said that they were leaving the fandom and said that as long as no one is making an illegal profit on Toby it's fine. I'm not selling anything and i'm not claiming Toby as my own, it's not even canon it's just an AU thing i like. Kasto asked fans not to start this super defense anymore, I don't want any trouble.

Sorry, I know this may be old news now. But I want to maybe clear something up. Yes, Kastoway did ask for Toby to be shipped only with Clockwork. However, he also said later that he "didn't care" anymore about the shipping since people were gettting hurt over others bashing Toby X Something that is not Clockwork and he did not want people to become hurt. Maybe, I am just viewing what he said wrong? But in my opinion and based on what he said, I see no harm in having a small ship like this for an AU. No profit is being made off it, it's just a cute ship. I have my own OC shipped with Toby aswell because it's something that cheers me up. I have my own little private AU that explains why they are shipped but I can't share it since I don't want to be bashed by people. I hope this infomation helps. Sorry, if I just wasted your time.
