Appearance: Rusty is the pinnacle of Fink genetic stock. Tall and broad-shouldered the boy looks like he was built to be a hardworking farmer. He inherited all the sharp features that made his father a handsome man in his youth, including that sandy hair that eluded most of the other Fink children. His bright brown eyes are large enough to balance out a big nose and the bigger smile that had caused premature crow's feet. Freckles and farmer's tans are his price to pay for spending most of his hours out in the sun. He's usually adorned with cuts and bruises that he seems wholly unbothered by, except for the splinters in his hands he is constantly battling. His hair is often making decisions for itself, Rusty's only hair product being the sun that normally acted as his hairdryer. It's not an uncommon occurrence to catch him wet from a shower, too excited to get out the door for the day to properly towel off. Overall he has a fresh and simple, albeit un-manicured look to him.

Personality: Rusty once had a really cool dog named Turnip. A big old yellow lab that was a beloved childhood pet: funny, loyal, brave, ate whatever he wanted, (because Rusty let him) and was totally down for anything he thought of that day. As he grew up he kept thinking, 'what better friend is there' than his trusty pup? So he decided the only thing to do was to covet these traits so he could always be a great friend and cool person. It was a revelation that has helped grow Rusty into an unrelenting positive presence in almost any social gathering. He lives in the moment and even if he doesn't follow what is going on, he is more than willing to join a friend for anything rain or shine.

Unfortunately for Rust, it's often been joked in his family that his name describes his brain. School wasn't his strong point not because he wasn't applying himself like Roland or dyslexic like Riley. He just...didn't get it, and that was apparent early enough in his childhood that academics weren't heavily stressed. This lack of understanding has continued to become a running theme in his life. He doesn't let it get him down though, Rust makes up for what he lacks in brains with his physicality and is almost always on the move.

Background: For generations, the Fink clan has lived on a modestly sized farmland, tucked away on Anura Island. Of course, the farmhouse still felt too small with all the family members crammed into every nook and cranny. Rusty’s mother and father married happy and young, and because of that fact had plenty of time to have children. For almost every year in little more than a decade, the Finks were welcoming in a new baby into their ever-growing family. Rusty was one of the last in the brood. The sheer volume of children left him with enough teen brothers and sisters to raise him alongside his parents. Being the youngest son and often compared to the misbehaving Riley caused Rust to have a pretty easygoing upbringing. Despite being fairly unproblematic and one of the family favorites, he was always overlooked for the Fink inheritance for his...simple nature. That suited Rusty well enough, who left his family farm after barely passing high school. He managed to land a job for a little elderly couple's Wood mill nestled and secluded on the mainland, where he spent years gaining the muscle mass he has today. The couple: the indomitable Mr. and Mrs. Sprout took Rusty in like a lost puppy, and he was happy enough to stay working on their property until an ominous text from his sister beckoning him home.

When he got there his dad leveled with him that they were rich and he needed to prove he was a badass farmer before he'd give him the farm. Rusty had never had machinations for the family farm until that moment, but without stakes and little funds Rusty thought this was a sign. He'd get the farm, make it cool, and take care of the Sprouts and his family.

-Rusty loves the concept of ghosts and would kill to go on a ghost hunt.

-He can dance fairly well, being incredibly energetic as a child his mother gave him lessons hoping it would tire him out. It didn't.
