PLEASE READ: I know humans by nature love giving their opinions... I'm horribly guilty of that. However, I did not share this with you to see which style you like best. Please respect that I am quite happy with my current style, and am not interested whatsoever in which you prefer. PLEASE respect that. I'm sorry if this comes off as rude, I'm not trying to be. It's just, I don't want to hear it. I'm sorry.I decided tonight to do a quick redraw of my very first MLP OC, Lace Ribbon. She was in need of a redraw, since I haven't really drawn her in two years. I did a comparison of all of the variations she's made since I first created her in 2011. She has changed a lot, and I like what she's become. I'll probably do more art of her in the upcoming year. I miss drawing her, to be honest, and I think it's time I reclaimed her and wiped the stigma that's still attached to her from years ago.
Edit: Also, I totally didn't notice that I did pretty much the exact same pose with her in the newest update as I did in the first drawing. That just makes this 10x better. New her is looking up at old her, in the same pose, but facing the other way. Perfect.

I actually changed that because, if I remember correctly, Ivan was the one who helped me come up with it since I suck at coming up with designs right off the top of my head, and it's always bothered me because it was too simple. I couldn't think of anything else though, so I just kept it. But I decided to sit down two years ago and redesign it, and I came up with the heart-shaped ribbon, and it was perfect~
