Very cool take on the photo .... three things though:
1 - I am the photographer (Magicc Imagery) and not the model.
2 - In the future (Being that I hold the Copyright to the picture and it is not stock), it would be preferable to ask for permission to use the photograph on a before the fact basis. and just to state .... I give my permission for this shot to be used by you.
3 - Is it OK that I send it to the model?

No worries on this end and I still extend my offer to let me know if you want to use a shot .... I love what you did with the one is already done and I can get you better photograph files to work with.
I just don't want either of us to run into any legal troubles (as some of the other photographers/artists have).
