hmmm I don't know. Say I breed him to myssyriver. That would be Ee/AA/ff/STYn/Pp/CHn/TOn/SPn/VRVR/LPlp + Ee/aa/Ff/Pp/Zz
You have 100% chance of Aa, and VR (which is varnish roan)and 50% chance of Ee, and 25% chance of EE or ee. Once you have what the base is it's a matter of percentile chances on the rest, and I tend to go with whatever the highest chances are that also match the parents, since that tends to be the norm in real life. Sometimes foals come out looking different, but it's not common. Get the picture? Or did i totally confuse you?
