--Greece has become nationalist, its inhabitants wanting to restore the old Byzantine Empire once they gained independence and were freed from the Turks and eventually took the Balkans, Anatolia, Southern Italy, Lybia, and the Levant.

--The Qing have accepted modernization and the Boxers were either crushed faster or were never formed. China became a constitutional monarchy that still follows a dynasty system.

--World War I had ended in a stalemate, with Germany gaining some, but not all land. Austro-Hungary still collapses, and Austria integrates into Germany. The remaining territories remain indepenant.

--The United States quickly takes advantage of its Pacific holdings, with China as a more valuable ally to them than in our timeline. It is more imperialistic than in our timeline, taking over Japan instead of modernizing it. Nintendo still exists, which is good.

--Belgium never exists, so Germany owns the Congo now. Mittelafrika exists, gaining a bit of French land in Africa. France still holds on to its colonies in West Africa, and Algeria is ethnically French now. Britain had its holdings on Egypt and India secure.

--South America is nearly the same as ever.
